SUS Email Instructions

SUS email addresses are assigned to all students and employees across the Southern University System — Southern University and A&M College, Southern University at New Orleans, Southern University Shreveport, Southern University Law Center, and Southern University Agricultural Research and Extension Center. 

Look up your SUS email address

1. Enter your SUS email address: firstname.lastname@sus.edu
2. Enter your Password:  For first-time users, your initial password is the first 4 characters of your last name and the last four digits of your U-Number.
   For example, Jane Brown and U-Number123456789 password will be brow6789.

If you have forgotten your password or need to change your password, go to Password Reset.
